1. Is Vanilla Export Company an accredited Certification Agency by the USPTO or FDA?
Answer: No. Vanilla Export Company (For Profit Business) cannot legally place a certification logo on a product. As the owner of the Rainforest Vanilla trademark, Vanilla Export uses the logo for marketing purposes.

2. Does Vanilla Export Company follow and implement certification guidelines?
Answer: Yes! Vanilla Export Company grows vanilla and encourages farmers to grow vanilla using Rainforest Vanilla practices to accomplish the following goals:
- Preserve the environment where vanilla grows naturally without the need of artificial irrigation
- Help the farming community receive cash payments in exchange for protecting the rainforest
- Provide a competitive environment for numerous species of animals and plants to help prevent a take over by a single pest

3. How many farmers form part of the Rainforest Vanilla network?
Answer: The Rainforest Vanilla Network has over 8000 farmers actively growing vanilla and protecting the Rainforest.
