Vanilla Beans
Our vanilla beans are slowly cured to provide the richest flavor and aroma possible in a bean. Curing begins after beans have been selected at their peak ripeness and submerged in hot water for approximately three minutes. The beans are then stored in cloth-lined wodden boxes overnight and placed in the sun for one hour each day for 10-14 days. The beans are then placed in shaded curing houses to dry. The selection process begins when beans are at approximately 25% moisture content. Beans are then stored for months to achieve the richest flavor possible in a gourmet vanilla bean. like a fine wine, vanilla gets better with age. It is this principle of patience and dedication to cultivation and curing that permits us delivering the very best bean in the world.

Rainforest Vanilla Extract
Our Rainforest Vanilla Extract is produced in Costa Rica with laboratory tested alcohol that is free of benzine and other dangerous chemicals. Our cold extraction method permits a slow exchange between vanilla beans and alcohol that produces our signature extract.
